Tyler E. Goodwin is the founder of the Urban Land Capital and the non-executive Chairman of Urban Land Partners and is based in Asia. Prior to Urban Land Capital, Tyler worked for JPMorgan's real estate principal investment business where he was responsible for transaction origination and execution across Asia. Prior to JPMorgan, Tyler worked for Deutsche Bank initially in New York in real estate investment banking and principal investments and then in Hong Kong in the real estate private equity business (which ultimately morphed to RREEF) where he was responsible for origination and asset management in greater China and S.E. Asia Tyler started his career in Vancouver, Canada as a commercial real estate broker for CB Commercial (now CBRichard Ellis) where he worked for almost 3 years before moving to Jakarta, Indonesia where he would live for 7 years originally running a valuation, research and consultancy business before moving to the client side where spent 6 years developing a wide range of properties including commercial offices, single and multifamily high rise development.
Tyler has a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
Albert E. Goodwin is the President of ULP Investments - our Canadian based real estate principal investments business. He has worked in the real estate industry for almost 20 years specializing in the Vancouver market and is a certified asset manager. Albert runs ULP's asset management business and is responsible for the origination of investment opportunities as well as the execution of value-added strategies.
As President of ULP, Albert brings with him experience in asset management of multifamily residential, retail and commercial properties and experience in real estate brokerage and agency.
